Customer agrees that in submitting their photo to faceithoney.com/FACE IT HONEY to produce a photo jigsaw puzzle, they hereby give permission to crop, resize, etc. to fit a format that is appropriate to produce a photo jigsaw puzzle.

By placing an order with FACE IT HONEY the customer agrees to the following conditions: that the content selected for inclusion in a Photo Puzzle does not include any of the following:

(i) child pornography or anything that is indecent, obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, or vile;

(ii) a threat to kidnap or injure a person, a threat to injure the property or reputation of another person, a threat to accuse any person of a crime, a threat to inform another that a person has violated any law, or a threat of blackmail;

(iii) any matter advocating or urging treason, insurrection, or forcible resistance to any law;

(iv) any defamatory remarks directed at any other person or company;

(v) any content that infringes the intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights of any third party; or

(vi) any content that otherwise violates the law applicable to such End User or applicable to such End User's intended recipient.

Cancellation Policy

Once orders are in the manufacturing process, they cannot be cancelled.

Return Policy
We have been producing custom/special manufactured puzzles with the very best materials and manufacturing methods. All our custom/special manufactured puzzles are inspected for quality of workmanship. Customer's photo presented to us should be as clear as possible. It is the customer's responsibility to send clear photos. We do not do photo corrections of any kind. Due to the nature of our personalized business, where each product is Custom/special ordered, puzzles cannot be returned or refunded.  ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL.
